Amazing what you can do in the middle of the night when you cannot sleep. I made my first ever home-made from scratch batch of Snickerdoodles, using the KitchenAid mixer we got for X-Mas. They turned out moist, chewy, and amazingly delicious!! The recipe yielded 42 yummy cookies.
