Just about everyone has some type of theme going on with their computers…. do you? I do! I like a dark theme as they’re much easier on my tired old eyes. But I’ve gone a few steps further than just adding a style to my desktop. The first thing I did was purchase both StyleXP and Windowblinds. They both do the same thing (theme your desktop), but sometimes you’ll find theme you like and it will only work in one of those programs. Read more after the jump.

I recently discovered JetAudio, and found that Tinar Tech also offers an INVI Pro theme for that software as well.. so of course I got it lol.

For the last finishing touches to the INVI Pro theme, I downloaded Styler Toolbar (no, this is not a browser plugin). And yes, Tinar Tech has an INVI Pro theme for Styler Toolbar as well!

So that takes care of my computer, but what about the other two things on my computer that I use most often? Ahhh, my emails. I use Thunderbird and I wanted a dark theme for that, too. I got the PitchDark theme… very nice looking and you can still read your emails easily.

What about my browser? Well, here’s were I went a little crazy lol. Firefox 3, or course, and I went with the 2nd most downloaded theme…. NASA Night Launch. On top of that theme, I also added a Stylish theme (mentioned below) as well.

If you would like to go even further, you can get the Firefox addon called Stylish and go nuts styling sites (they’re styled in your browser only) like Google, Google Image Search, IMDB, WikiPedia, YouTube, Yahoo Email, Google Email and many more. Keep in mind that Stylish only styles a site for what you see in your browser. You are not styling the actual web site itself where everyone else can see it. This is what makes Stylish so unique. Go nuts and have fun with Stylish over at User Styles… it’s pretty awesome.
